Shipping and Return

At our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2 - 4 days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic delivery usually takes about 2 - 3 business days.
US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 6 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.


We generally do accept returns. Refunds are being issued in the following cases without a need to return the item:

1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment went missing.


Return Policy:

We follow simple Return Policies in order to help our valuable customer and offer them the best service possible within the reasonable manner.

Customer must contact and return the merchandise back to us within 14 days from receiving the merchandise, in order to be eligible for any return or exchange request.
Return/Exchange requests made later than 14 days may not be honored.

  • All products must be returned with the original retail packaging and must not be extensively used that leaves a mark on the merchandise.
  • Customer pays the return shipping cost unless we made a mistake from our end while processing & shipping the item.
  • Items that were returned by the carrier due to customers unavailability at the time of delivery / or providing wrong address to us / not picking up the item from the carrier’s suggested facility by the customer are subject to restocking fee (upto 20%) as well.
  • Products that are received by us in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
  1. Any product not purchased from our website.
  2. Any product from which the UPC/EAN code has been removed from its packaging.
  3. Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
  4. Any product which appears to be used extensively.
  • Returns for refund may be subject to a “Restocking Fee”. Read more about Restocking Fee from below.
